    Zone D 'Tambora (ZDT)is a musical group consisting of four (4) talented young men formed in 2007 in Puerto Rico, by the international star of merengue, Elvis Crespo. ZDT is an innovative conceptual group within the tropical genre that combines four talented artists’ voices, stage presence, energetic performances, choreography, and a blend of musical sounds to form a single group whose synergy is like that of no other. Its members are Emilio Acevedo (Emilio), Gabriel Vera (Gabee), Josué Bosque (Joshua) and Pedro Valentín (P'ter); four young men who represent the present and future of tropical music. The platform of their music is based out of the rhythmic percussional sounds of merengue music, fused with a very contemporary urban-pop feel. Their lyrics are aimed at a younger audience with the use of present day jargon and compositions that appeal to todays younger generation.
