Popovski, Vlado (v. Dolno Dupeni, Prespa, 21. ⅸ 1941) – University professor, lawyer, politician and historian. Primary education ended in Stip, and high school and law faculty in Skopje (1966). Master degree at the Institute for Sociological and Political and Legal Research in Skopje (1974), while received by Philosophy in Skopje at the Department of History, on the topic “Constitutions in the Macedonian National Movement as an indicator of his state-of-state character” (1988). He was an assistant and scientific associate at the Institute of Sociological and Political and Legal Research. Elected as an associate professor of the objects of political sociology and the political system of Yugoslavia at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, and for an associate professor at the Faculty of Law in Skopje on the subject of history of the state and the right of the peoples of Yugoslavia and a full-time professor of the history of the law.
